Proven Active Ingredients
300mg Hemp-Derived Isolate (THC Free†): Exceptional for joints and muscles, the anti-inflammatory properties of hemp may provide help with swelling, pain and stiffness.
Turmeric: Curcumin, an active compound in turmeric, is known for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activity that can promote healing.
White Willow Bark: Salicin, the active ingredient in willow bark, works the same way as aspirin to reduce inflammation and pain.
Boswellia Serrata: Also known as Indian frankincense, Boswellia Serrata is believed to treat chronic inflammatory illnesses as well as a number of other health conditions. Used for centuries in Asian and African folk medicine, there are four acids in Boswellia resin that contribute to the herb’s anti-inflammatory properties. These acids inhibit 5-lipoxygenase (5-LO), an enzyme that produces leukotriene. Acetyl-11-keto-β-boswellic acid (AKBA) is thought to be the most powerful of the four boswellic acids.
Arnica Montana Flower: A perennial plant found in the mountainous areas of Europa and North America, Arnica helps relieve muscle pain and stiffness due to injuries, overexertion, and falls, and can also help reduce pain, swelling, and discoloration from bruises.
Devil’s Claw: A plant native to the Kalahari desert in southern Africa that is commonly used to treat rheumatic conditions affecting the joints, ligaments, tendons, bones, and muscles. These include back pain, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and tendinitis.
Many of the benefits of devil’s claw are attributed to a compound known as harpagoside that is believed to have anti-inflammatory and analgesic (pain-relieving) properties.
Green Tea: Packed with polyphenols and antioxidants, green tea is believed to reduce inflammation and slow cartilage destruction. Studies also show that another antioxidant in green tea called epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG) blocks the production of molecules that cause joint damage in people with rheumatoid arthritis (RA).
Chamomile: An ancient herb used to treat muscle spasms containing 36 flavonoids, which are compounds that have anti-inflammatory properties.
Lidocaine: A local anesthetics that helps to reduce sharp, burning, and/or aching pain by causing temporary numbness to the area where applied.
Menthol: Known as a counterirritant, menthol causes the skin to feel cool then warm. These feelings on the skin distract you from feeling the aches/pains deeper in your muscles, joints, and tendons.
