SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION AND SEVERABILITY
Please review our other policies, such as our Privacy Policy, posted on the Site. These policies also govern your visit to the Site. We reserve the right to make changes to the Site, policies, and these Terms and Conditions at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed sever able and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
Return Policy:
Pro Tan® stands behind its products quality and efficacy 100%. We will replace any defective product that results from manufacturing defects within 48 hours of customer receipt of package.
Customer must notify Pro Tan® within 48 hours and must receive an RMA number (Return Authorization) prior to return. We will not accept any returns without a clear RMA number indicated on the package.
Pro Tan® is not not liable for damages resulting from delivery. Customer must contact the shipper and file a claim for damages. We do not accept returns on any products that are not damaged due to a manufacturing defect.
MISCELLANEOUS
Your obligations under these Terms and Conditions shall survive termination, and shall be binding on your heirs, administrators, successors and assigns.
